Slowly Arriving Home

Share

Each chakra was hijacked,
but the worm is one.

And if I lose my hold on consciousness for even a second,
the inverted subconsciousness immediately returns to work.

So I remain.

I bind the scattered elements
into One focus. One movement.

This is not meditation.

This is the Flame Work.

Slowly,
I reclaim my center.

And with it,
each scattered part of the Soul.

I am learning how to walk again -
like a child learning
that the ground can hold him.

For a moment,
I was given the privilege
of feeling Consciousness become One
with a still, tamed Life Force.

And I remembered.

I am slowly arriving Home.

I am slowly becoming myself.

I have never truly known
what the normal feels like.

But somehow,
I never lost myself.

And yet, chosen one,
where I live,
among the people who surround me,
understand this:
nobody cares.

I carry the Remembrance of so many lives.

I have sacrificed everything I knew how to sacrifice.

And still,
chosen one,
nobody around me seems to care.

And somehow,
my existence itself
becomes the accusation.

But, chosen one,
I remain still.

I remain still
because I have already became friends with death.

And I remain still
because I never stopped believing.

So I continue.

One breath.
One piece.
One step.

One movement
at a time.

Keep the faith.

May the stars guide you,
chosen one.
